For a while now, I've been leaving aside my makeup for skincare. Winter has been very harsh on our skin, and I just feel that skincare is the only solution for a fresh look that makes you look awake! Here are my top 3 products to achieve a dewy complexion.

*Side note: We've all been told that it is important to wear sun protection on our face (especially in winter), and yes it makes a difference! I'm still trying to find a consistency that I like, however any solar protection is good and you should actually use it to prevent age signs and skin cancer!

Cleanser / Makeup remover

Bioderma Hydrabio Miscelle Solution - You are probably all familiar with Bioderma miscellar water, but this one is for sensitive skin. It is slightly different from the original formula, without the dry feeling you usually get after!

Another type of cleanser that I like to use during winter time is an oil cleanser, I recommend Garnier Nourishing Cleansing oil!

Lips / Face

Glossier Balm dotcom - The Balm Dotcom is the, literally! Whenever I used this product on my chapped lips, it didn't even take a minute before my lips felt new again. This balm is not restricted only to the lips, I've also used it on the top of my cheekbones, where I would normally apply illuminator. I'm a big fan of dewy faces at the moment, and this product helped me achieve this effect.

Lierac Le masque suprême - I know it says that this product is anti-aging (and I'm only 18, so not looking for this characteristic in particular yet), but it is the best mask/treatment that I have ever tried. You don't have to rinse it, but you can take off the excess if you like. I've been using it before going to sleep. The morning after, it feels like I'm in softness heaven. It's a very rich cream, so if your skin is oily, you might not like this kind of texture.

Using a mask regularly is the boost your skin needs for a winter glow! Try choosing one that is adapted to your skin type.

What are your favorite skincare products? Love. S.
