Happy Wednesday everyone! As you are reading this, I've just landed in London. So I thought it was perfect timing to talk to you about this awesome memoir I read last week written by one of my favourite London-based journalists, Bryony Gordon. The book is called "The Wrong Knickers - A Decade of Chaos". You might be familiar with her name because she hosts a great podcast about mental health (and she even interviewed Prince Harry for her first episode).

This memoir reminds me a lot of Dolly Alderton's book, which I'm incredibly happy about because you all know I love it. It tells the story of her twenties in a very honest light. Everything from financial difficulties to addiction to the glamorization of being single. Even though some of the themes are very dark, she writes her story in such a humorous way and it is simply lovely. The lesson you will take from this book is that even though you imagine adulthood to be easy with a perfect job a perfect apartment and a perfect man, it is not always the case. I would definitely recommend it if you are looking for something that will make you laugh. Now I'm looking forward to reading her next two books: Mad Girl, which is about her experience with dealing with OCD and her recent release Eat Drink Run on pushing your boundaries.
