Sometimes I feel like all I do on this blog is share content recommendations from other sources. On one side I think it's great because I can look back at things I've loved at a certain period in my life, I share things I feel you readers of this blog might enjoy, and I encourage other people's work. On the other hand, it makes me realize that I consume way more content than I produce (and if you remember, it's a lesson I've been trying to learn from my dad... to create more than to consume). However, it's Friday so all hell breaks loose! Here is what I recommend this week...

Pandora Syke's article in Elle Magazine about the influence social media has on our fashion consumptions, why secondhand shopping is great for your wallet but also the environment, and shopping habits. She interviewed some of my favourite fashion ladies for the article: Katherine Ormerod and Pernille Teisbaek.

At Home With... Lucy Williams! I absolutely love this podcast hosted by Anna from The Anna Edit and Lily Pebbles. Each week they visit their guest at home to get an insight into their lives and homes. Lucy has been a great fashion inspiration for me in the past year or so and I loved hearing about her background in English literature and trend forecasting and how it ultimately shaped what she does not.

A podcast about money, career struggles and working in your twenties with Emma Gannon and Katherine Ormerod. It was eye-opening to see that some of my biggest inspirations career-wise have also struggled themselves when they started in fashion or media in London. I love that they know their worth and they are not afraid to call it out when it's wrong. The Episode is called 'Put Your Hands Up and Give Me a Pay Rise'.

So that was it for today... a short post full of things I love! This weekend I'm going back to the countryside to relax and spend time with my family (and not have to eat alone or cook for myself for a few days haha...)
