One thing I’ve learned over the years is that there is nothing like a Sunday pampering session to make you feel like a million bucks. Taking a bath, scrubbing your body, doing a face mask, applying nail polish, putting nice products in your hair, etc. Last Sunday I had the most amazing spa day with some new products and old favourites. I used a Soap & Glory bath bomb with their classic scent, and the mix of the bath bomb with my creams made the bathroom smell so good. I also felt so much more relaxed. It’s especially rewarding when you have a busy week and you take the time to pamper your body and evacuate anxiety from your mind and body. I truly think this has become an essential in my weekly routine. Taking a bath during a heat wave can be a bit tricky so I am super excited for fall so I can have a bath with warmer water and bubbles while drinking my favourite Earl Grey tea.

When you’re done with it, I suggest picking up a good book, watching a film or baking to make you feel even more relaxed. It’s the best way to disconnect from the online world! So her are some of my favourites for your Sunday spa session...

- & Other Stories Body Scrub (I use the now discontinued fragrance 'Belleville Bakery' but their coconut scent is also divine!

- Lierac's new Supra Radiance range, available as of this fall at Shopper's Drug Mart. I love the day cream and the exfoliating mask.

- Glossier Body Hero and Milky Jelly Cleanser to feel clean and moisturized on your face and body.

- And of course... Soap & Glory for the amazing scent of their bath products! I miss having these products available in Montreal so much!
