So last Thursday, I was invited by the Sofitel team with other bloggers to try their Renoir restaurant, and it was the last BBQ of the summer prepared by chef Olivier Perret. For the tasting menu that was served to us, we had 3 services and a dessert. First service was a salmon, sea bream, tomato and mushroom skewer, and I can't describe how tasty and tender the fish was. Then, a portion of their cornwall chicken, which was also very delicious! Finally, they served us their burger that will be presented during #leburgerweek. A very classic but unique version of an hamburger made with home-made maple flavoured bread. Between September 1st and 7th (during burger week) you will be able to vote for their burger here.
For dessert, we could choose from a big variety of desserts starting with a fruit salad to a trilogy of cream puffs. Overall, the vibe of this French restaurant is very warming and trendy and I had a very pleasant evening in good company! And there's nothing better than a barbecue before it starts snowing... Love.
