Next time you're in Griffintown, don't think twice and have lunch at La Bistrote. This café/bistro has a friendly vibe to it, and delicious food for everyone's taste! I was invited to discover the place with my friend last week, and here's what I think about it...

First of all, the decor of La Bistrote is a blogger's playground; from the very cute plants and succulents, to the fresh white walls, and the pretty tables (think white rustic wood and marble). This restaurant is ideal for a lunch with friends, for an afternoon studying, and for a Sunday brunch with family.

My friend and I both had their Jardinière salad and a thin-crust pizza. I tried the Montréalaise pizza, with smoked meat and arugula, while my friend tried one with tomatoes and mozzarella. They were both very delicious homemade pizzas, and I'm for sure coming back just to have another bite of the Montréalaise.  For desert, we tried the brownies. I must admit that I'm not the biggest fan of deserts, but these brownies were great, and I loved the crunchiness of the nuts on top. Lastly, they have coffee and the best lemonade I have evert tried!
